Machine Introduction:

The paper cone cup machine (Rolled Brim) can be used for the production of snack and drinking cones of coated, non-coated or dry-waxed paper.

1.Unwinding Unit
The advanced magnetic powder system, air shaft clamping device and simple retroflexion alignment mechanism are deployed. It is easy to adjust the unwinding tension, load and unload the paper roll and the operation of the retroflexion alignment is convenient.

2.Die Cutting Unit
Continuous feeding and hobbing mode is used, featuring a simple cutting mark, fast cutting speed and high precision. The hobbing cutter is specially manufactured with a long life span. After becoming blunt, the cutter can be fixed to reuse.

3.Forming Unit
Paper cone formation technology, specially manufactured cone formation mold, vacuum blotting formation and product demolding technology are used. A world famous automatic glue spraying system is used, featuring highly precise and fast spraying, beautiful formation cup and no water leakage.

4.Curling Unit (Not Available for Non-Curling Paper Cone Cup Machine)
Self-developed cone cup fractal guide technology is used for the curling and forming die. The curling is beautiful without returning to its original shape. The curling quality takes a leading position in the world.

5.Sole Pressing Unit (Not Available for Non-Curling Paper Cone Cup Machine)
Completes the transition from curling to stacking and collecting, then uses the sole pressing function, so the paper cone cup can be more beautiful and without water leakage.

6.Stacking and Collecting Unit
The cup is piled into strip after formation and automatic counting is available. The stacking is neat and collection is convenient.

7.Electric Appliance Control Unit
PLC whole machine setting control is used for the touch screen. The setting of parameters is easy and the operation is convenient.

8.Production Speed
