DAYUAN CCY1080/4-A flexographic printing and die-cutting machine is specially designed for the paper cup manufacturer,this machine includes 4 colors flexographic printing unit and die-cutting unit,higher printing accuracy,high speed of die-cutting,automatic waste cleaning, human cost saving, all these advantages would become the prior choice for the paper cup manufacturer.
The machine adopted Rexroth servo control system and frequency converter,Siemens PLC, the main electrical components are all adopted from the top brand, which determined the machine runs in stable performance and high efficiency.



Brief Description
1)Feeding Unit
Roller type front feeding structure,rounds,multipoint suction feeding,high friction,high speed,paper feeding smoothly and accurate.
Left and right side baffle (computer touch screen control),the block box adopt electric adjustment,front baffle gap manual synchronous adjustment ,said baffle equipped with pneumatic line device,make the paperboard transverse positioning more accurate.The main engine adopts frequency conversion control,start and operation smoothly,saving energy can reach 30%.

2)Printing Unit
With the pedal switch electrically control the printing roller to run clockwise or anticlockwise, we can have the printing plate quickly changed. .Each unit uses electric to separate and combine,pneumatic locking,pneumatic lift plate,automatic ink distributing,pneumatic brake fission positioning. When the printing unit iS open and being washed, the cylinder will brake all the gears and keep them in the original location.The machine transmission uses cross slide block structure,adopts free key connection,remove the link clearance,operate smoothly.

3)Die cutting Unit
die cutting roller:centrifugal casting steel cylinder,computer dynamic balancing correction,surface grinding,hard chrome plating.(Optional:free plate die cutting slotting steel knife mold,do regular box slotting,the use of the corner cutting has box height synchronous adjustment function)
Die cutting roller phase and axial adjustment,the phase adjustment adopt planetary gear type structure,PLC touch screen control and electric digital 360° adjustment,the axial transverse adopt PLC touch screen and electric digital adjustment.,the total adjusting range is ±15mm.
